■ MIS procedure (Multi port)

1. Surgeon이 trocar를 장착할 위치를 표시

이 때 로봇암의 간섭을 방지하기 위해 trocar는 8~10 cm 간격을 가져간다.

2. 표시 위치 중 중앙부에 trocar를 삽입

일반적으로 중앙 port에 카메라, 그 좌우측 port 에 수술도구가 삽입 됨

(영상)The surgeon controls three arms, to operate with two and assist with one. Usually one extra assistant trocar is placed,and surgery is preferably performed with one dedicated OR nurse only. 3. 중앙 trocar를 통해 복부 내부에 기체 삽입

4. 나머지 위치에 trocar를 장착(카메라로 보면서 내부에 상처가 나지 않게 끔 하곤 함)

5. 수술 로봇을 위치카메라 및 수술도구를 trocar에 넣고 로봇에 각각 장착.
